What is Central-Q?

With the use of video, Central Q assists in vetting applicants and deciding who should be given the green light. Here, calendar synchronization is not necessary and conflicts are no longer a problem, making it easier to screen calls. Recruiters can share the URL with candidates, who can then respond to the questions whenever it's convenient for them. Recruiters analyze the responses at a later time when it is convenient for them.
