The Challenge

The Solution

Digipeak built an automated end-to-end sentiment analysis workflow using Eden AI, Make.com, and Google Looker Studio.

Sentiment Analysis: Used Eden AI’s unified API to process text with Google Natural Language and OpenAI models
Data Management & Visualization: Stored structured results in Google Sheets and visualized trends with dynamic dashboards
Automated Reports: Generated HTML-styled summaries delivered directly to stakeholders via email
