Eden AI was created for no-coders having difficulties with choosing the right AI provider and/or integrating several APIs. Managing multiple accounts can be a tough job, but with Eden AI, you can connect and manage all your APIs on a single account.

Just like Receipt and Resume Parsing, Invoice Parsing is a tool powered by OCR to extract and digitalize meaningful data, Computer Vision to identify structure of the document, and NLP techniques to pin down the fields.
Invoice parser technology extracts key information from an invoice (.pdf, .png or .jpg format) such as the invoice ID, total amount due, invoice date, customer name, etc.
Invoice Processing implies the necessity of software and technology to automate the processing and management of invoices. It includes tasks such as capturing invoice data, validating it in comparison to purchase orders, and routing it for approval, payment and archiving.
The goal of AI in invoice processing is to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in handling invoices without any human intervention.

Here is the workflow you’ll need to start parsing your invoices with Make :
If you receive an email with an invoice, Eden AI will extract the invoice information and automatically add it on Airtable.
First, you have to set up the Watch Emails module to indicate which emails you are interested in.
The Iterate Attachments module allows you to parse all the attachments in one email:
Once you've made sure to fetch any invoices you might receive, you can connect your Eden AI account by simply entering your API key, which can be found on the Eden AI platform:
Then, you have to choose the language of the invoice and the AI model from which you will retrieve information:
Here is the moment to log in to your Airtable account. If you struggle to do so, check the online Help.
The Airtable module to use is “Create a Record”. Then, choose the data from Eden AI to edit your record:
Note that if you want to extract the taxes you will need the Iterator module :
This module allows you to access elements from a collection as shown below:
Back in your Airtable module, you can retrieve the data with the field "value" from the iterator:
Run once to check that everything works perfectly. Then, your data will be written in your table as such:
