What is the EU endpoint URL?
How is it different from the standard Eden AI endpoint?
The standard endpoint gives access to Eden AI's broader global provider catalog. The EU endpoint only routes requests through European infrastructure and EU-compatible providers, so customer data remains processed in Europe.
Does all data stay in Europe?
Yes. When using the Eden AI EU endpoint, prompts, files, requests, and outputs are hosted, processed, and routed within Europe.
What happens when I use a global AI provider?
If a global provider is available through the EU endpoint, Eden AI routes requests only to that provider's European infrastructure. If European processing is not available, the provider is not exposed through the EU endpoint.
What happens if I try to request a model that is not available in Europe?
The request will not be routed outside Europe. If a model is not available through European infrastructure or does not meet the EU endpoint's data residency requirements, the request is blocked or returns an availability error. This ensures that prompts, files, requests, and outputs are never accidentally processed outside Europe.
Do you prioritize European AI providers?
Yes. The EU endpoint highlights high-performing European AI providers and makes them easier to discover, test, compare, and integrate through one API.
Can I use all Eden AI providers through the EU endpoint?
