The only additional cost is a 5.5% Eden AI platform fee, applied at checkout when purchasing credits.

Yes. For large or predictable volumes, custom pricing can be discussed under the Advanced plan.

Provider price updates are reflected automatically.

Yes. You can start in self-serve mode and move to Advanced at any time, without changing your integration.

Payment is by credit card or bank transfer (we use Stripe, a secure online payment solution). You can pay from (almost) anywhere in the world.

For larger or advance contracts, we can also adapt to specific purchasing or payment processes. In that case, please contact us to discuss your needs.

No! We strongly recommend that you activate the auto-refill option, which allows your account to be refilled if your balance falls below a threshold you define. At the same time, you can set a maximum monthly auto-refill limit.

This ensures that you never run out of credit and that the service never stops working for you.
