Eden AI works with prepaid credits. The card on your account pays for your credit purchases (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Add or replace your card
- Open Settings > Billing > Payment details.
- Under Payment method, click Add a card (or Replace to change the current one).
- Enter your card details and save.
Auto-refill card
Auto-refill is funded by the auto-refill card, shown on the same page. It is the owner's card and is used for the whole organization; any billing manager can change it. Without it, auto-refill stops. See Set up auto-refill.
Other ways to pay
The same page lists the other options, such as PayPal or buying credits through AWS Marketplace. Bank transfer is available on request: contact us in the chat.
