What is Kwizmo?

Kwizmo is an AI-driven platform that gives businesses intelligent access to their information, whether stored in documents, manuals, or web pages.

Each client has a secure, customizable knowledge base, accessible via web chat, APIs, and messaging apps like Viber.

The Challenge‍

Kwizmo’s goal was to create an intuitive AI-powered assistant that could provide instant, accurate answers from a company’s documentation.

However, many users needed a more natural and accessible way to interact with the platform—particularly those in industries like telecommunications, automotive, and insurance.

Adding voice interaction and advanced AI capabilities was essential, but implementing these features from scratch would have required significant development time and resources.

Additionally, clients requested new functionalities, such as image anonymization, which required flexible and rapid integration.

The Solution with Eden AI

‍Eden AI enabled Kwizmo to integrate advanced speech recognition and voice synthesis quickly, allowing users to ask questions and issue commands vocally.
