This slowed down negotiations, led to errors in offer preparation, and very often forced users to contact internal support for clarification.

The Solution:

To address this need, IVERT integrated a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system into its CRM, leveraging Eden AI’s API.

The module allows sales agents to ask questions in natural language directly within the platform and receive relevant, contextualized answers based on company documentation.

The RAG approach combines the power of generative language models with the accuracy of internal knowledge sources, ensuring responses are reliable, coherent, and always up to date.
